A book about an oven and a fridge. A story about polarization. Studio Ellende in collaboration with artificial intelligence.

This poem was written by ChatGPT with illustrations by Studio Ellende. A complement to each other’s shortcomings.

After my research into ChatGPT, the upcoming artificial intelligence chatbot, I decided that I wanted to do a collaboration together with this all fact knowing writing genius, something that I’m not that very good at.

​

Based on our contradictions, the novel is about a lovestory between a freezer and an oven. All illustrations are made with wood and metal typesetting.

For the visual research I dismantled an oven into smaller parts. With these I made some moving images using stop motion.

The oven rack became the pedestal for the book.
